Yes. Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within our eligible return window. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

For health and safety reasons, opened cat litter products, used items, and products that have been altered cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for your request. We'll review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and product. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

If the return is due to our error or a damaged product, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For customer preference returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Orders may be cancelled before they begin processing. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
