We aim to process and ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided during checkout and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

At this time, Earthbound Pet primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. If you don't receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos if applicable. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and help determine the best available solution.

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed on our website when applicable. Shipping charges for all other orders are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.
