At this time, Earthbound Pet primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. If you don't receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos if applicable. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and help determine the best available solution.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include photos of the product and packaging when possible so we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed on our website when applicable. Shipping charges for all other orders are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.
